Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
- Work collaboratively with architects and designers to translate concepts into visual representations.
- Create photorealistic images, animations, and walkthroughs using advanced rendering software.
- Ensure accuracy in visual details, including lighting, textures, and materials.
- Prepare presentations, diagrams, and mood boards to support design proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure deadlines and project goals are met.
- Continuously explore and implement new visualization techniques and software.
*Position Overview:*
The 3D Architectural Visualizer will play a key role in bringing design concepts to life by creating photorealistic renderings, animations, and visual presentations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be proficient in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit, as well as rendering tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. Strong English communication skills are essential, and proficiency in Adobe Cloud and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
- Expertise in rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and material application.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Additional skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office are a bonus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
