Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) / Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview
CaratLane is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for its Thane retail store. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience, guiding clients through fine jewelry collections, driving sales growth, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation & Engagement: Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and provide expert styling advice for everyday and fine gold/diamond jewelry.
- Sales Generation: Drive individual and store sales targets by effectively presenting collections, cross-selling, and closing sales transactions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong customer database, execute follow-ups, and notify VIP customers about new collection launches, promotions, and special events.
- Store Operations: Assist with day-to-day store management, product display, inventory audits, billing/POS procedures, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product specifications, pricing, certifications, custom order policies, and ongoing promotional offers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer relationship management (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Graduate/Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm demeanor, active listening, and strong persuasion abilities.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, MS Excel, and CRM databases.
