Role Purpose
The Director – Growth and Partnerships (B2B Field Sales) will lead strategic B2B and B2B2C business expansion initiatives focused on institutional partnerships, market development, counselling, and enrollment generation across assigned geographies. The role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic alliances, channel development, institutional engagement, and revenue generation while ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and operational excellence.
This position requires a dynamic sales leader with strong networking, business development, relationship management, counselling, and market expansion capabilities to accelerate growth in Tier 1 markets and strengthen Corporate Gurukul’s institutional presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
· Build and manage institutional and strategic partnerships.
· Identify new business opportunities, institutional alliances, and growth channels.
· Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
· Maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders and channel partners.
2. Market Expansion & Territory Development
· Drive Tier 1 market expansion initiatives across assigned territories.
· Execute market activation campaigns, seminars, outreach programs, and engagement activities.
· Develop territory-wise business plans to maximize institutional acquisition and enrollment generation.
· Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
3. SPA Management & Institutional Coordination
· Manage end-to-end SPA (Suspect, Prospect and Approach) process.
· Coordinate with institutions for onboarding, presentations, approvals, and partnership execution.
· Ensure timely documentation, coordination, and closure of partnership agreements.
· Maintain compliance and accuracy in institutional records and documentation.
4. Counselling & Enrollment Conversion
· Provide professional counselling to prospective students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
· Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs and career pathways.
· Drive enrollment conversion through consultative selling and relationship management approaches.
· Achieve assigned enrollment, revenue, and conversion targets.
5. Revenue Growth & Channel Development
· Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel development initiatives.
· Strengthen partner networks to increase institutional outreach and business opportunities.
· Monitor sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and business performance indicators.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Brand Representation & Stakeholder Engagement
· Represent Corporate Gurukul in institutional meetings, conferences, seminars, and events.
· Deliver presentations and business pitches to institutional stakeholders and partners.
· Enhance brand visibility and institutional engagement through relationship-building initiatives.
· Act as a key point of contact for institutional and strategic partnership engagements.
7. CRM Management & Reporting
· Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate lead and partnership tracking.
· Generate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
· Track partnership performance, conversion metrics, and revenue contribution.
· Ensure smooth coordination and handover of enrolled candidates to Project teams.
6. On-Ground Sales Execution
· Conduct institutional visits student presentations and face-to-face stakeholder meetings.
· Execute field-level presentations, seminars, and engagement programs.
· Maintain field activity reports and territory visit schedules.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
