Job Summary
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate receipt and issuance of materials, maintaining stock records, and supporting smooth cinema operations through effective inventory control. The role requires proficiency in SAP, including MIGO transactions for goods receipt and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all consumables, food & beverage items, housekeeping materials, engineering supplies, and operational stock.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damages.
SAP & MIGO Operations
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP using MIGO against Purchase Orders.
- Verify vendor invoices and received materials before posting transactions in SAP.
- Update inventory records and maintain system accuracy through timely SAP entries.
- Generate inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports from SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams regarding discrepancies in purchase orders and goods receipts.
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inward materials.
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials to the concerned departments.
Stock Issuance & Control
- Issue materials to Concessions, Housekeeping, Engineering, Projection, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of material issuance and returns.
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and authorization protocols.
Storage & Warehouse Management
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the store area.
- Monitor shelf life and expiry dates of food and beverage products.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock registers, issue slips, and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Submit stock variance and consumption reports to management.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times.
Audit & Compliance
- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Implement measures to minimize stock losses, pilferage, and wastage.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Concessions, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams regarding inventory requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding pending deliveries and discrepancies.
- Support business operations during peak periods, promotions, and special events.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Certification in Store Management, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Executive, or Warehouse Executive.
- Experience in Multiplex, Cinema, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP (MIGO, Goods Receipt, Inventory Management) is mandatory.

Note: The Store Keeper is responsible for ensuring seamless inventory operations, maintaining SAP inventory records, and supporting uninterrupted cinema operations through effective stock management and control.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
