Interior Designer & Architect — Hybrid (2 days in office)

Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, passionate Interior Designer & Architect to join Epinoyah Design Studio, working across design development, technical drafting, and client presentations for interior and architecture projects that include cafés, restaurants, spas, salons, boutique hotels, farmhouses, and small offices. They should really enjoy all aspects of design, across industries, keeping track of market, trends etc. at local, regional, national & international level.

Work Ability & Expectations
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning from client briefs
- Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD/Revit
- Create compelling presentation decks and mood boards for client pitches
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design aesthetics
- Iterate on designs and drawings based on client and internal feedback
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients etc to ensure design intent is executed accurately
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Stay updated on design trends, construction methods, and software tools
Credentials
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/InDesign)
- Prior experience in an interior design or architecture firm
- A portfolio showcasing design, drafting, and presentation work (mandatory)
