We are looking for a warm, articulate, and highly organized Guest Relationship Executive to be the face of our property.
You will ensure that every corporate traveler and leisure guest experiences seamless check-ins, personalized attention, and a memorable stay across our Gurgaon cluster.
What You Will Do
Guest Relations: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage seamless check-in/check-out processes, and handle VIP guest protocols.
Pre-Arrival & Feedback: Coordinate pre-arrival requests (airport transfers, dietary preferences) and actively collect guest feedback to improve our services.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for guest queries or complaints, resolving them swiftly with a positive attitude.
Review Management:
Encourage and drive positive online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
Coordination: Work closely with the Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office teams to ensure guest preferences are perfectly executed.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality operations.
Personality: Warm, empathetic, and presentable with an excellent grooming standard.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Problem Solver: Calm under pressure with a natural ability to turn a challenging situation into a positive guest experience.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) is a major plus.
