As we expand into OTT and digital streaming, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our brand across multiple platforms, drive audience engagement, and position BRIO TV as the go-to entertainment destination for women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy for BRIO TV’s TV, OTT, and Digital platforms.
- Build a strong brand identity and positioning to differentiate BRIO TV in the competitive entertainment landscape.
- Drive audience growth through multi-platform promotional campaigns, including traditional, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and performance-driven advertising.
- Lead OTT-specific marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Manage public relations (PR), corporate communication, and media outreach to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with content, production, and sales teams to maximize audience engagement and monetization opportunities.
- Optimize SEO, social media, and programmatic advertising to drive organic and paid viewership growth.
- Oversee app marketing strategies to drive downloads, subscriptions, and user engagement on the OTT platform.
- Leverage data analytics, audience insights, and TRP ratings to refine marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in media, entertainment, OTT, or digital marketing.
- Expertise in brand building, content marketing, and multi-platform promotions.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling TV channels, OTT platforms, or digital content brands.
- Strong understanding of TV audience ratings (TRP), digital analytics, and OTT performance metrics.
- Experience in growth marketing, social media strategies, and influencer collaborations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, agencies, and media partnerships.
- Passion for women-centric content and audience engagement.
