12+ years of total working experience with 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /Product Owner /Project Manager
Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role in banking product delivery using agile framework
Have a good understanding of SME cash, lending or trade products and its relevant client journeys.
Experienced with mobile and web banking platforms, especially SME-specific flows
Deep understanding of SME (Small and medium enterprises) client profiles, segmentation, and banking needs across the client lifecycle
Experience in designing user journeys for SME interactions (examples: onboarding and activation, payment & transfer)
Experienced in client engagement, creating insights and data analytics
Understanding of omnichannel strategies and how SMEs interact across devices
Familiarity with self-serve capabilities (e.g. eStatements, account management and support work-flows)
Customer-centric mindset with a passing for delivery high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations and drive business value
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and experience working in agile development teams
