We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS records as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
