About RIGR RIGR is a heavy construction equipment rental marketplace for Delhi NCR — we connect contractors and builders who need machines like JCBs and excavators with owners who have them sitting idle. We're bootstrapped, just launched, and building the team from scratch.
What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with equipment owners (fleet companies and individual operators) across Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi
- Run the day-to-day operations: confirming bookings, coordinating logistics, making sure machines actually show up on time
- Build and refine our operating process (SOPs) as we learn what breaks and what works
- Screen new owners for reliability — do they have backup operators, is their equipment in good condition, will they show up
- Personally visit equipment yards regularly — this is a relationship business, not a desk job
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with a startup's chaos — no fixed playbook exists yet, you'll help write it
- Good with people — you can build trust with equipment owners who don't know or trust us yet
- Organized — you can run multiple bookings at once without dropping the ball
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, equipment rental, construction, or a related field is a plus but not required — hustle and people skills matter more than a resume
- Based in or willing to be in Delhi NCR full-time
Compensation Cash + meaningful equity — this is a real ownership role, not just a job. Compensation grows fast as the business does.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
