Job Title: Sr. Media Buyer (Meta Ads)
Experience Required: 3-6 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance, and work towards marketing objectives.
- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrate familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and guidance for ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.
- Optimize and scale key metrics including CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR, and CPM across campaigns, ad groups, and ad sets.
- Publish daily performance reports highlighting key campaign metrics.
- Track funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and deliver results.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members to maximize impact and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Self-starter with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into effective marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing monthly performance advertising budgets exceeding INR 20 Lakhs.
- Expert knowledge of mobile and web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and advertising technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Shift Timing : 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
