Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – CRM
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients such as schools, institutions, and corporate clients
- Act as the single point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and order updates
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
2. Order Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution
- Track order status from booking to delivery and update clients regularly
- Ensure accuracy in order details (size charts, designs, quantities, delivery timelines)
3. Client Onboarding & Communication
- Handle onboarding of new clients and explain company processes clearly
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for repeat business
- Maintain professional communication via calls, emails, and meetings
4. Complaint Handling & Resolution
- Address customer complaints related to quality, fitting, delivery delays, or billing
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain records of complaints and corrective actions
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain proper CRM database with client details, order history, and feedback
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions, pending orders, and issues
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
6. Sales Support & Business Growth
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (additional uniforms, accessories, etc.)
- Assist in renewal of annual contracts with schools and institutions
7. Coordination with Internal Departments
- Work closely with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and clients
- Follow up on pending approvals, samples, and dispatch schedules
8. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain records of purchase orders (PO), agreements, and approvals
- Ensure proper documentation for billing and dispatch
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
