Responsible for managing spare parts inventory, procurement, storage, and distribution to support smooth service operations and customer satisfaction in a 2-wheeler dealership or service center.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels of fast-moving and critical spare parts
- Monitor stock movement (inward/outward) and update records regularly
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage to prevent damage, pilferage, or obsolescence
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Raise purchase orders for spare parts based on demand and stock levels
- Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and vendors
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Parts Sales & Service Support
- Issue spare parts to workshop/service technicians as per job cards
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts
- Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and transactions
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports
- Use ERP or dealership management systems for tracking
Customer Handling
- Handle spare parts inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure availability of genuine parts to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (Automobile / Mechanical / Commerce preferred)
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
