Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AEM Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM applications, components, templates, workflows, and integrations while ensuring high performance and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Design and implement AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, and Services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate AEM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Work with Sling Models, OSGi Services, Apache Sling, and JCR repositories.
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers, Architects, QA Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Support deployment activities and CI/CD implementation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in AEM Backend Development.
- Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Apache Sling, OSGi Framework, JCR, and Sling Models.
- Proficiency in developing AEM Components, Templates, Workflows, and Content Fragments.
- Experience integrating AEM with external systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of code optimization, security, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.
- Exposure to AEM Headless CMS implementations.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
