Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics end-to-end
- Scale winning campaigns and kill underperforming ones quickly
- Create and test multiple ad creatives, hooks, copies, and audiences
- Work closely with the content, design, and founder team for creatives
- Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spends vs revenue
- Analyze funnels from ad click to checkout and improve conversion
- Set up and monitor pixels, events, GA, and attribution tools
- Stay updated with ad platform changes, trends, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce
- Proven experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad spends (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify funnels
- Ability to read numbers, spot patterns, and take fast action
- Creative mindset with a performance lens
- Bonus: Experience marketing baby, mom, lifestyle, or FMCG products

- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC & marketplace advertising
