Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs, and build strategic territory plans.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on technical presentations and live equipment demonstrations for doctors, surgeons, and biomedical departments.
- Sales Cycle Management: Prepare technical proposals, manage tender processes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Training & Support: Educate healthcare professionals on the proper clinical use of devices and coordinate initial installations and after-sales service with the technical team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, such as purchase managers and chief medical officers.
- Area - All government hospitals in Maharashtra
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. (An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is also highly valued).
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare product marketing.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of healthcare technologies (e.g., patient monitoring, critical care equipment, surgical devices, or imaging).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional clinical communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and trade shows. Valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are frequently required for local fieldwork.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
