An Executive Assistant (EA) is a senior administrative professional who provides high-level support to executives such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Directors, or Vice Presidents. The role goes beyond routine secretarial work and often involves coordination, planning, communication, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up on action items.
- Organize events, board meetings, and business reviews.
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or similar) is commonly preferred.
- 2 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Knowledge of office management tools and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
