Job Responsibilities :-
- Plans, executes, and oversees extracurricular clubs, events, and student engagement initiatives to enrich the school experience.
- Ensuring the quality of programs, manage logistics and logistics, and facilitate communication between students, staff, and parents.
- Promote participation in clubs, track attendance and engagement levels, and foster a vibrant ,inclusive club culture.
- Act as the liaison between the school administration, club leaders, parents, and students regarding scheduling, club highlights, and updates.
- Ensure all activities adhere to school safety policies, child protection guidelines, and health regulations.
- Manage resources effectively within a defined budget and ensure all financial aspects of clubs are accounted for.
- Review club programs periodically, gather student feedback, and adapt activities to maintain relevance and student interest.
Education Qualification Required :- Any Post Graduate + B.ed with 5 yrs of teaching/Admin working experience.
Skills Required :- Strong Communication, Leadership & organization.
