Ratusaria Industries Private Limited is a growing organization with a strong presence in the industrial and manufacturing sector. We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and result-oriented finance professional to lead the company's Finance & Accounts function and strengthen its financial management, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented General Manager – Finance to take ownership of the company's overall Finance & Accounts function.
The incumbent will be responsible for financial planning, treasury management, cash-flow management, working capital, financial reporting, banking relationships, taxation and statutory compliance, internal financial controls, and strategic financial decision-making.
The role requires a strong finance leader who can work closely with the Directors and Senior Management and provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Management & Planning
- Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Drive annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Monitor profitability, margins, cost structures, and key financial performance indicators.
- Ensure optimum utilization of financial resources.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the Directors and Senior Management.
- Support management in evaluating financial performance and business growth opportunities.
2. Banking & Treasury Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage working capital facilities, CC/OD limits, term loans, LC, BG, and other banking facilities.
- Coordinate with banks regarding fund requirements, documentation, renewals, and financial facilities.
- Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity, fund utilization, and treasury operations.
- Negotiate banking terms, interest rates, charges, and other financial arrangements wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely submission of banking information, financial statements, stock statements, CMA data, and other required documents.
3. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review management MIS, financial dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Present financial performance and key business insights to the Directors / Senior Management.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improving profitability.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and management reports.
4. Accounts, Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Oversee accounting operations, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable financial and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure audit readiness and proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, governance systems, and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and compliance requirements.
5. Working Capital & Cost Optimization
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and overall working capital cycle.
- Drive effective receivables and collection management.
- Monitor cash conversion cycle and liquidity requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
- Ensure appropriate controls over expenditure and financial commitments.
- Work closely with business and operational teams to improve financial efficiency.
6. Strategic Finance & Business Advisory
- Partner with Directors and Senior Management in business planning and strategic decisions.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and expansion initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis for CAPEX, investments, funding requirements, and major commercial decisions.
- Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
- Support sustainable business growth through data-driven financial insights.
- Provide financial inputs for major contracts, commercial arrangements, and business proposals.
7. Team Leadership & Process Excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Establish clear processes, controls, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all finance deliverables.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency within the Finance function.
- Build a culture of accountability, integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective coordination between Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Operations, and Management teams.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Banking.
- Proven exposure to banking relationship management and working capital facilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit, and statutory financial compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial / infrastructure / diversified business groups will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with Directors, Senior Management, Banks, Auditors, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial and business information.
- Candidates with stronger leadership and relevant industry experience will be preferred.
COMPENSATION
CTC: ₹18–24 LPA
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, leadership capabilities, and overall suitability for the position.
