Key Responsibilities
Convert leads for construction & architecture services
Handle client consultations, site visits, and project requirement discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain CRM updates and weekly sales reports
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of sales experience (real estate / construction preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets
Familiarity with Bangalore's residential market is a plus
Proficiency in Kannada and English; Hindi is an advantage
