We're Hiring: Shoot & Script Coordinator
- Are you passionate about content production, video shoots, and storytelling? Qua Nutrition is looking for a Shoot & Script Coordinator to manage our content production from script to screen.
1. Shoot Coordination (End-to-End)
- Own and coordinate all shoots — educational, podcast, and brand shoots, including both scheduled and impromptu shoots — ensuring every shoot is completed on time.
- Act as the single point of contact (POC) between scriptwriters, cameramen, and actors through to final execution.
- Script coordination: ensure all scripts are delivered on time, organized, and approved; prepare the final script and input it into the teleprompter before every shoot.
- Podcast POC: handle podcast shoots end-to-end — coordinate with clients and guests, share briefings and podcast questions, be present on the podcast, and ensure smooth execution.
2. YouTube POC
- Create and maintain the YouTube content calendar and ensure it is strictly followed.
- Follow up with designers and editors to ensure all edits and assets are delivered on time.
- Manually post content on YouTube and maintain all YouTube SEO hygiene checks.
- Act as the single POC for all YouTube posting.
3. Script Writing
- Write a minimum of 8 standard scripts every month for social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other channels, and ensure written scripts are taken through to shoot and final posting.
Pay: ₹14,874.64 - ₹40,000.00 per month
