Key Responsibilities
- Menu Preparation: Develop and prepare authentic Indian And tandoor Dishes , traditional curries, and regional thalis.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency, authentic taste, and perfect presentation for all dishes leaving the kitchen.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Staff Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of Indian CDP or Specialty Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spice blending, and regional batter fermentation.
- Education: Culinary degree or relevant diploma is a plus, though extensive on-the-job experience is highly valued.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
