About the Role
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our presence across platforms. You'll be responsible for building and executing our social strategy, creating content that drives engagement, and turning followers into community members and customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
Write, design (or brief), and schedule posts that align with brand voice and business goals
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — engage authentically and promptly
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report weekly
Identify trends and cultural moments worth jumping on; move fast when they hit
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align social with campaigns and launches
Run and optimize paid social campaigns when needed
Test content formats (Reels, carousels, Stories, long-form) and iterate based on data
Manage relationships with creators and influencers for collaborations
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content
Comfortable with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
Solid understanding of each platform's algorithm and best practices
Experience with analytics tools (native dashboards, Sprout Social, or similar)
Ability to move fast, self-manage, and work with minimal hand-holding
Portfolio of content you've created or campaigns you've run
Nice to Have
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikToks)
Paid social experience (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Copywriting or brand voice background
Pay: ₹11,388.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
