Job Summary
We are hiring Field Executives for one of our reputed clients in the Insurance / Claims Investigation sector. The role involves conducting medico-legal investigations and verification of various insurance claims by visiting insured individuals and relevant third-party sources.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, especially candidates from Bio-Science or Law (LLB) backgrounds who are interested in investigation, insurance, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification and investigation of health insurance claims.
- Handle personal accident, critical illness, and death claim investigations.
- Visit insured individuals and relevant third-party sources for verification.
- Coordinate with hospitals, pathology labs, pharmacies, employers, and other relevant institutions to collect and verify information.
- Gather and document evidence related to medico-legal investigations.
- Prepare and submit investigation reports accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure proper case handling and compliance with company processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Preferably Bio-Science / LLB)
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior field investigation or insurance-related experience will be an added advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy and basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
