Position Overview
As an SEO at Sirican, you will be responsible for elevating our online visibility, optimizing performance across digital channels, and ensuring our website reflects the strategic depth of our solutions. You’ll work closely with our content, marketing, and tech teams to craft and execute a data-driven SEO roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable SEO strategy aligned with Sirican’s consulting and SOP-driven service offerings
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis specific to industries we serve (healthcare, manufacturing, IT, etc.)
- Optimize all on-page elements (meta tags, titles, headings, URLs, alt texts, internal linking)
- Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site structure, and page speed
- Strategically build high-authority backlinks and manage off-page SEO initiatives
- Monitor SEO performance via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to maintain SEO-rich, user-friendly web content
- Provide monthly performance reports, insights, and action plans
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in SEO with measurable results
- Strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with B2B service marketing, especially in SOPs, automation, and business operations
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog)
- Understanding of website architecture, WordPress/HTML basics
- Clear communication and analytical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
