We are looking for energetic, socially connected, emotionally intelligent individuals to become Gurukulam Ambassadors — community leaders who understand parent psychology, student challenges, and the urgent need for holistic education in today’s world.
This is not a typical marketing job.
This is a social transformation mission.
Your Mission
To act as a bridge between families and the Gurukulam.
You will:
- Interact with parents in the community
- Understand their children’s academic and emotional struggles
- Offer guidance, clarity, and practical solutions
- Introduce them to SHANA’s stress-free learning ecosystem
- Mobilize families to visit the campus
- Support the admission journey
Your role is not just to bring admissions —
Your role is to enrich lives.
What You Will Do1️ Community Interaction
- Build authentic relationships with parents.
- Conduct one-on-one discussions about student challenges.
- Organize small parent meet-ups or awareness sessions.
- Identify students struggling with stress, low confidence, or academic pressure.
2️ Educational Guidance
- Understand issues like:
- Exam stress
- Lack of concentration
- Low motivation
- Subject difficulties (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Introduce SHANA’s learning tools, life skill programs, and academic support systems.
- Guide even non-SHANA students toward online or skill-based solutions when appropriate.
3️ Campus Mobilization
- Encourage parents to visit the Gurukulam campus.
- Coordinate campus tours and counseling sessions.
- Support families through the admission process.
4️ Transformation Advocacy
- Share the philosophy of stress-free learning.
- Promote holistic development: academics + life skills + character + confidence.
- Represent SHANA as a long-term community education partner.
