- Ensure the design integrity is met throughout the entire product development process from concept through manufacturing
- Basic awareness of lasts, outsoles, blueprints, moulds, and is able to complete a footwear
- Research and forecast market trends, material and colour
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in technical design, construction and patternmaking
- Relevant course in CFTI is preferred
- A technical understanding of footwear construction and the ability to correct patterns and outsoles
