Job Description
- Project Management & Responsible for entire coordination, execution and planning (MSP/Primavera), having good knowledge of quality control at site work for all sorts of foundation, RCC & Finishing, Mechanical & can control the contractor to get the work done as required.
- Should be aware of the minimum contract conditions for various tasks.
- Coordination/taking ownership for site issues with respect to Progress and Project Consultants & Management.
- Controlling the methodology/SOPs for all types of workmanship at the site.
- Developing effective coordination / understanding / interactions between consultants.
- Coordination with other teams like purchase, billing, accounts, admin, etc.
- Presenting the MIS, delay analysis as required.
- Well versed with AutoCAD, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Control of Task within timeline, budget, & quality.
- Should be fully aware of drawing details in soft & Hard copies, maintaining of drawings records in registers, issuing GFC drawings to site team & any discrepancy in drawing shall be brought to the notice of immediate superior with proper solutions.
Shall be fully loyal & should maintain integrity towards the company and also adhere to all company policies
