The Cruise Sales & Operations Executive drives revenue by converting inquiries into bookings while managing the operational process, including cabin allocation, documentation, and vendor coordination. Key duties include providing advice on itineraries, processing payments, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Booking: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, recommend cruise packages, and convert leads into bookings.
- Operational Support: Manage end-to-end booking, including confirmations, cabin selection, and amendments.
- Documentation: Prepare travel documents, invoices, vouchers, and itinerary confirmations.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with cruise lines, GSAs, and suppliers for rates and availability.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately update customer data, payment schedules, and booking details in the system.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, professional communication with travel agents, partners, or clients
