Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
