Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research for paid campaigns.
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and paid campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
- Experience in A/B testing and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
