Mountain Race Wayanad is seeking a young, energetic, and responsible Track Coordinator (Age 18–25) to join our team and support the daily operations of our go-karting track. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth race sessions, maintaining safety standards, assisting guests, and providing an exciting and memorable customer experience.
Freshers who are passionate about motorsports, adventure activities, and customer service are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting safety briefings, guiding customers on track rules, monitoring racing activities, coordinating with the operations and maintenance team, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of equipment, and ensuring all guests receive professional and friendly service.
Candidates should be physically active, disciplined, punctual, and comfortable in working outdoors, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous experience in karting, hospitality, or operations will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
