The World Of Automation ,Pune is seeking a dedicated and skilled Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Trainer As Teaching Faculty ( HVAC Trainer ) to train and mentor youth .The trainer will be responsible for equipping /teaching students with fundamental refrigeration and air-conditioning (R&AC) skills, enhancing their employability in various technical sectors.
Key Responsibilities : Design and deliver interactive training sessions on refrigeration and air-conditioning principles, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Develop course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning.Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees.Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through evaluations and feedback sessions. Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules.Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Certification in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RAC systems, maintenance, or technical training.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
Experience in training and mentoring youth. Proficiency in using refrigeration tools and digital training resources.Ability to motivate and inspire young learners to build their careers in the technical sector.Strong networking skills to establish partnerships with companies and technical institutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC Training, Vocational Education, or Technical Skill Development.
Understanding of youth employability challenges and strategies for workforce readiness.
