Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining backups, and supporting overall IT infrastructure stability and security.
Core Responsibilities:System Maintenance
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Manage servers, workstations, peripherals, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
Network & Security Management
- Monitor network performance and connectivity.
- Maintain firewalls and implement security protocols.
- Ensure data protection and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.
User Administration
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Handle Active Directory / LDAP administration.
- Provide technical support to end users.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
- Act as an escalation point for critical technical problems.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and maintenance.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Perform regular system backups.
- Maintain disaster recovery procedures and data recovery plans.
- Ensure backup integrity and system restoration readiness.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT asset inventory and configuration records.
- Prepare documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Generate technical reports as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP).
- Experience in firewall and network security management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle complex infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Information Technology or related field.
- CCNA Certification preferred.

- Ability to work independently and handle critical systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
