The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bollywood Dance Instructors to join our global team. As an Online Bollywood Dance Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and interactive private classes to a diverse global student base, including both young learners and adults. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for Bollywood dance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of teaching dance online.
What You Will Do
- Lead Private Classes: Conduct personalized, one-on-one online Bollywood dance classes.
- Tailor the Experience: Customize lessons and choreography to meet the specific needs, skill levels, and preferences of individual students.
- Foster Positivity: Create an encouraging, supportive, and positive virtual learning environment.
- Engage Learners: Effectively engage with students of all ages to ensure their classes are both fun and highly educational.
- Track Progress: Provide constructive feedback and continuous encouragement to help students grow.
Qualifications
- Expertise: Strong proficiency and technical skill in various Bollywood dance styles.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience teaching Bollywood dance.
- Communication: Excellent spoken English skills to effectively instruct an international student base.
- Versatility: Highly comfortable and patient when working with diverse age groups in a virtual setting.
Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- A functioning laptop or desktop computer.
- Proper audio equipment (speakers/music playback device and a clear microphone).
Schedule & Perks
- Flexible Hours: Choose your working hours on weekdays and weekends based on your availability.
- Customizable Workload: Instructors can choose to work 4 to 5 hours per day.
- Employment Type: Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
- Work Location: 100% remote position.
