Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director is responsible for providing high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to the MD. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth execution of the MD's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, and prioritize communications.
- Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow-up action trackers.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.
- Track and monitor key organizational projects and provide regular status updates.
- Organize board meetings, management reviews, and executive meetings.
- Maintain confidential documents, files, and records with utmost discretion.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Follow up with various departments regarding pending approvals, deadlines, and compliance.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing official events, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, government authorities, vendors, and business partners when required.
- Perform any other assignments delegated by the Managing Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or Executive Assistant certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
- Experience in the education sector or corporate environment is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
