Developing test plans and effective strategies.
Ensuring test strategies align with development requirements.
Identifying and reporting bugs, errors, and defects.
Running debug programs and updating bug databases.
Assisting with troubleshooting and collaborating with developers.
Researching new testing processes and technologies.
Working in cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
Setting quality standards and driving efficiency in testing procedures.
Documenting testing procedures, progress, and results.
Interacting with clients to understand product or software requirements.
Providing feedback and assistance with software design.
Conducting various types of testing (Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Monkey, etc.).
Configuring Selenium Test Environment (e.g., Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG).
Creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing test cases.
Managing defect tracking, regression testing, and handling changes.
Resolving object identity and error-handling issues.
Coordinating with test and development teams to resolve issues.
Preparing software defect tracking reports for stakeholders.
Participating in design reviews and providing input on product design and potential issues.
Requirements:
Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python)
Using test automation guidelines.
Researching issues in software through testing.
Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Educational Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/
M.Tech, MCA/ BCA/ BSc-CS/ BSc-IT
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
