We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end hiring activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
- 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
