We are looking for creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen online presence and engage target audience. You will plan content, manage social media accounts, execute campaigns and use performance data to improve results.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, writes engaging content, and can turn marketing goals into effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and campaign concepts.
- Manage company accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and online conversations.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams.
- Research audience preferences, competitors, trends, hashtags, and content opportunities.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data and platform insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Requirements
- More than 6 Months of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content.
- Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video-editing tools.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management.
