- Getting Quotations.
- Bargaining and close follow-up for best quality and quantity.
- Placing Purchase Order.
- Getting Proforma Invoice.
- Provide Payment Advice
- Close Follow-up for manufacture material on time.
- Getting and checking of Supplier docs required for clearance material is ready
- Arrange freight agent to move the material as per Import terms.(FOB/EXWORKS/CIP/CIF/FCL)
- Getting final shipment dispatch documents.
✔ Dealing With Banks.
- Making TT papers
- Making LC papers
- Supplier`s credit papers
- Follow-up for transfer the payment.
✔Dealing With Freight Agents.
- Sending Inquiry to freight agents.
- Follow-up and bargaining for best quotation and credit terms
- Getting Quotations and make comparison sheet.
- Confirm Freight agent and arrange to move the shipment.
- Getting shipping documents for advance BOE filing.
✔Dealing With Insurance company.
- Provide shipment documents and shipping declaration for take insurance.
- Provide documents related to balance addition and renewal of policy.
✔Dealing With Clearing Agent.
- Provide Supplier Shipment documents and freight agent documents to clearing agent.
- Getting checklist, File advance bill of entry.
- Follow up with clearing agent for release the material as early as possible.
