Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Convert walk-ins into paying customers
- Manage complete sales cycle (lead → quote → closure)
- Build relationships with architects, builders, electricians
- Plan inventory demand (what to stock, when)
- Ensure showroom experience drives conversions
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
- Organize monthly architect meets
- Coordination between management and partner companies
Required Skills
- Strong sales closing ability
- Experience in electrical / automation / wiring devices preferred
- Understanding of CRM and inventory systems
- Leadership and accountability mindset
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
