Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, Universities, or Educational Institutions.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
