Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach age-appropriate SEL lessons and activities.
- Help students build self-awareness, self-management, empathy, and relationship skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Identify students who may need additional social or emotional support and collaborate with school counselors or psychologists.
- Work with classroom teachers to integrate SEL practices into daily instruction.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records of SEL outcomes.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student development when appropriate.
- Organize workshops, group activities, and school-wide SEL initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Pay: ₹10,255.46 - ₹25,240.67 per month
