Qualification and Experience
Ø ITI / Diploma
Ø Experience of 5-6 years
Ø Good communication skills.
Ø Good knowledge of CNC Machining and Programming
.
Responsibilities:-
Ø To Operate VMC Milling and CNC Lathe Machine
Ø Adhere to time line keeping for JOB completion.
Ø To run Conventional Machines (ONLY Basic Knowledge required for VMC Or CNC job Clamping
(Pre -machining)
Ø Data entry on daily work & Update in system.
Ø Data entry of Incoming and outgoing Raw materials and Parts.
Ø Adhere to work safety and maintain ‘5s’ in toolroom.
Candidate Profile :-
Ø Sufficient Knowledge on Steels & Machining Accuracy.
Ø Sufficient Knowledge on Drawings and Blueprints.
Ø Deep knowledge to operate VMC and CNC Lathe .
Ø Experience & Knowledge in Plastic molds and Mold functions ,Mold Accuracy.
Ø Basic knowledge in data entry related to daily jobs, in written & Excel
