- Vibrant Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Executive - Field Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in hospital or healthcare industry marketing, possess deep knowledge of the Gurgaon market, and be highly proactive in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare/hospital industry
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships in the Market with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare partners
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings in Gurgaon to promote hospital services and generate new leads
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and converting leads into business opportunities
- Organize and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and health check-up campsMonitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and suggest actionable insightsCollaborate closely with the hospital management and other departments to meet business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and reporting
- Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Hospital / Healthcare marketing Strong knowledge of Gurgaon market and its healthcare ecosystem
- Own vehicle is mandatory (for field visits)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and field work
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Salary: Up to 40k (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
