We are looking for an experienced GM Project to join our growing team in Raipur.
Our client is a well-established construction company with over 20 years of expertise in delivering quality construction projects. Headquartered in Rajkot, we are known for our commitment to excellence, timely project execution, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple construction projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, and construction schedules.
- Oversee project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement coordination, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, government authorities, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Drive productivity improvements, value engineering initiatives, and process optimization.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution etc.
