Job Description:
Decore is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the role of Customer Care Associate (CCA). The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting sales activities, coordinating with dealers, and ensuring excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Coordinate with dealers and sales teams for smooth operations
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
- Support customer engagement and relationship management
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain daily activity and service reports
- Assist in achieving business and customer satisfaction goals
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age below 25 years only
- Minimum 50% in SSLC, PUC & Graduation/Post-Graduation
- No active backlogs
- Good communication and customer handling skills required
- Candidates from Perambur / Chennai preferred
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer relationship management
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary Structure:Metro Locations:
₹28,450 + Allowances + Attractive Incentives
Non-Metro Locations:
₹22,347 + Allowances + Attractive Incentives
