Job Summary
Soni Sapphire is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Associates to join our retail stores. This role involves direct face-to-face interaction with customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional in-store experience while assisting them with product inquiries, services, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and company services.
- Coordinate with store and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience at all times.
- Support day-to-day store operations as required.
