Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding Personal Loan and Car Loan services.
- Explain loan details, eligibility, and process to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
- Update customer details and daily calling reports.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer processing.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification required.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Loan Calling.
- Candidates with experience in PL and Car Loan calling will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Personal Loan (PL) calling.
- Experience in Car Loan calling.
- Experience in banking/financial sales telecalling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
