Role Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You won’t be mindlessly cold-calling; instead, you will engage with warm and cold business leads, qualify their marketing needs, and either close the deal directly on the call or secure high-value strategy appointments for senior leadership to finalize. Key Responsibilities Lead Outreach & Qualification: Actively call assigned business leads to identify decision-makers and assess their current marketing challenges. Pitching & Value Proposition: Present GRK Ads' digital marketing solutions clearly, matching our services to the client’s specific business goals. Appointment Setting & Closing: Guide prospects through the sales funnel—either closing smaller-tier packages directly on the call or scheduling qualified strategy sessions for the closing team. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses in our CRM. Follow-Up Management: Persistently follow up with prospects who requested information or missed scheduled calls to keep the deal moving forward. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (experience in a digital marketing agency, SaaS, or B2B space is a massive plus). Communication: Fluent, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak confidently with business owners and directors. Objection Handling: A resilient mindset with the ability to navigate "no" and uncover the prospect's actual pain points. Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with modern CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms. Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
